Recently I have become very interested socio-political works. As an artist I feel that I must be a truth seeker never shying away from the ugly things of the world, I always to try and get to the heart of the matter that I am pursuing.

Though there is often an obvious message; however, many times there are hidden messages that I playfully direct people to, often using common signs and arrows in my work for that purpose.

Inspiration

Because of my socio-political involvement as of late, in the Idea and spirit of Greater Revolutionary Movements it has become extremely important for me to bring light onto the broken systems that harm people; as well as, positive and trans-formative systems that work. Such as, the work of the National Adoption Center which pulls children from the world of loneliness, inconsistency and confusion that is experienced in the “Child Protective” systems of the state and puts them into loving, caring and consistent homes that will have a life long positive impact on them.

Transforming what could have been a childhood filled with abuse and abandonment to one of joy and constant unconditional love, which every child deserves.
