The People Power Project

Mixed media artist Dani Finger and author/ photographer Cory Clark have joined forces for a year and a half long project to travel across the country and create movement generated art around their belief in the power of people over tyranny and oppression.

The goal is through publicly created and displayed art to inspire resistance to unwanted authority on an individual level that will lead to the expansion of the open and mass global revolution that is happening today.

Dani will be doing various series of artworks for public and gallery display inspired by her experiences as an activist and artist living on the streets; as well as, designing internet memes and creating her first book titled: The book of Spange: a guide to surviving economic collapse.

Cory will be displaying Photographic art created as they travel; as well as, Doing photographic and written movement based journalism and writing three books.

The first will be a book of poetry of the same style as his last book ‘Reflections of A Dark Soul,’ but around current issues and the sentiments of resistance.

The second book will be a history of modern American peoples’ movements.

The third will be a travel diary of their experiences  and the experiences of the people they encounter along the way, through these stories he will talk about the issues of the day.

As they travel on this trip and do the work of the people they will have to rely on the good will of the people they encounter along the way; as well as, online donations to fund themselves and acquire equipment. The bounds of the project may grow along the way and thus new elements may be added to the site as they go along, perhaps even new people.
